1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and lucbd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the lucbd platform available at https://lucbd.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

lucbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the lucbd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lucbd is strictly a 21+ platform and does not permit anyone under this age to open an account or participate in any games or betting activities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the lucbd platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming activity in your local jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not register or play on behalf of another person. Account sharing or use by third parties is prohibited.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

lucbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all registered players. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any point during the lifecycle of your account.

Accepted Verification Documents

Players may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming your bKash or Nagad account is registered to the same mobile number linked to your lucbd account).

Consequences of Failed Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in the following actions:

• Temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and reviewed.
• Account restriction or suspension pending further review.
• Permanent account closure if fraudulent documentation is detected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lucbd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Bank transfers via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• International cards via Visa and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable processing limits.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposit. lucbd does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard. All transactions are processed in BDT. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method; mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lucbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by lucbd carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. The specific rollover amount applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus or winnings derived from it will be forfeited upon expiry.

Bonus Abuse and Fraud

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using strategies that exploit low-risk positions to satisfy rollover requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus revoked, their account suspended, and any associated winnings voided. lucbd reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds from a player's balance if abuse is detected after a withdrawal has been made.

6. Responsible Gaming

lucbd is strongly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player-protection tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly caps to help you manage your spending.
• Time-out periods: temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, available on request via our support team.
• Self-exclusion: permanent or long-term account closures for players who require a more sustained break from gambling.
• Reality checks: optional periodic reminders of session duration and wagering activity delivered directly in the platform interface.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lucbd platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform in an unfair manner.
• Attempting to launder money, process funds derived from illegal activity, or circumvent any anti-fraud or anti-money laundering controls in place on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at other players or lucbd support staff.

Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair financial advantage is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lucbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of lucbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the express written permission of lucbd. Unauthorized use of any lucbd content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offense.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content therein. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss.

• lucbd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other type of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which lucbd operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to lucbd's customer support team for resolution via the contact address [email protected]. lucbd will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct contact with lucbd's support team, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
